Shipment options
Our products are shipped to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
The purchaser bears the shipping cost and the respective price information is displayed next to the shipping method. All shipments will be delivered at the destination specified by the purchaser within 2-7 business days of the date of entry into force of the contract of sale. We have the right to ship goods in up to 45 calendar days in exceptional cases.
The cost of delivery varies by location & method. The final shipping cost is calculated in the checkout page.

Uncollected delivery
We deliver orders to the pick-up point or parcel machine of your choice. UPS, DPD and GLS will maintain the parcel for 7 days after its arrival. Notification of arrival will be sent by e-mail and SMS. If the parcel is not collected within this period, it will be returned to the sender. An uncollected shipment is not a return under consumer protection law. In these cases, we will automatically charge you 10€ postage and handling fee for the refund.
Returns
The purchaser shall bear the cost of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for the return lies in the fact that a refundable product does not comply with the order (e.g. a wrong or defective product). Food supplements and other ingestible goods can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, sealed, and in their original packaging, unless the product was defective upon delivery.
The purchaser must return the goods within 14 days of the submission of the declaration of withdrawal or submit evidence that they handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
