Refund policy

How refunds are issued

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days' time. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@bulkform.eu.

Damaged products

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days at info@bulkform.eu if the product is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For faster resolution, please provide your order number available on the order invoice as well as a photo of the damaged product(s).

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened, used or unsealed food supplements and other ingestible goods cannot be returned or refunded, unless the product was defective upon delivery.

Returns and exchanges

Refunds are issued within 10 business days, but no later than 14 calendar days, after we receive and inspect the returned product. Please contact us and return the product within 14 days from the moment you received the order, in accordance with EU consumer protection rules and our Terms of Service.

For customers within the European Union, returns within 14 days are accepted without the need to provide a reason, provided the item is unopened, unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. For customers outside the European Union, returns based solely on buyer’s remorse are not accepted, and returns are only possible in cases of defective or incorrect products.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it - unopened, unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue your refund. Proof of purchase is required.
